Energy pudding
1 banana
2 dates
1/2 tbs of chia seed (soaked)
1/2 tbs of yerba matte
2 tbs of agave nectar
Mix that on a food processor. Eat 30 min before your workout! I have been doing for 2 weeks now and the results are great!
