GEL

My energy gel during racing and training:
1 cup of agave nectar (raw)
2 TBS of coconut oil Manna (Nutiva)
1 TBP os sea salt
4 dates
1 TBS of soak chia seeds (nutiva)
1 TBS of ginger juice
1 TBS of lime juice
1 TBS of RAW Cocoa

Put everything on a blender and blend until is gel consistent. This makes 2 gel flask.
